Q: What is upf??? (vs spf)

UPF is the fabric equivalent of SPF. It's as effective as 50 spf susncreen

Q: Does Anyone know what 3x Plus means?

I ordered one of each to see what the difference was. I needed more than 1 for a week at the beach. The "plus" fits somewhat looser and longer, leading me to believe that it may be similar to a 3xl-big and tall.

Q: What is the difference in a xxl and 2x plus?

I'm a bit bigger, but I ordered this brand in 4X and 4X plus. The 4X fit like a 2/30 and the plus felt like a full 3X or Euro fit 4X. So, 2X Plus will fit if you are a 2X but an XXL is more like XL.

Q: is this item full size or do they run small

They don't run small for me. I'm 5' 10' and weigh a plump 210 and the L fits just fine. P.S. At lease in my opinion, these shirts are not meant to fit snug. They fit more like a T-Shirt. I love them!
