Protected a 21' RV over the winter
Used this tarp to throw over my 21' RV all winter after the RV developed a roof leak. The tarp worked perfectly all winter into summer, about 7mo, held to the chassis with bungie cords through heavy wind and Pacific Northwest steady rain. UV bleached most of the tarp with clear discoloration vs. the protected areas, but doesn't appear to have impacted functionality.I did have a couple of sharp metal edges that cut very small holes in the tarp with the pressure and movement the wind caused, but the fact that the holes didn't fray or spread speaks well to the tarp's quality. Fully expect to use this tarp again next year.

Used after hail damage
They held up pretty well on our roofs after we had severe hill damage. I suppose after looking at the length of time they were there, they did protect our house from further water damage, and held up pretty well. We’ve had several storms since the hail storm.

Very thin material at grometts
Using as a temporary cover I’ve my tent/shed that has a tear. Three of the grommets ripped out while lacing the tarp down and tore the others out when I pulled on the tie downs. On the first couple, I thought I was just pulling too hard, but it seems like all I had to do was look at the tarp and the grommets would rip out. There’s also a line of some type of string or rope if you will, that encompasses the perimeter of the tarp, which I was counting on, as the grommets were of no use But then, as I was tying down, I broke that also. In reading the previous paragraph you would think I’m just pulling too hard on this. That is what I thought at the time. However, I don’t see that as being the case. The ties that I made, and the amount that I pulled on the tarp were barely enough to move the weight of the tarp itself. So even though I know I bought the cheapest tarp online that I could find I did have higher expectations. My bad.

Be aware that 5ml is very thin.
The tarp is just as advertised but I didn’t realize that it would be so thin. I use it as extra covering to protect my plants from cold winter spells but it is too thin to provide much help. Next time I’ll get one with more grommets as well as much heavier.

Paper thin, if that
Regardless of the previously posted reviews, I decided to pick this pool cover up due to its affordability. Upon opening the package, I realized that the reviews of this product being extremely thin were correct. I could not believe it. You can almost see thorough the cover itself. Another issue was that some of the seems were burnt/melted by the operator that was making the cover. I did not see these until the cover was already over the pool. Luckily they were on a portion of the cover that does not cove the pool. Despite the issues, I kept it, as I was already in the final part of closing the pool. It does seem to retain water but will likely not make it a second year, as any part of the cover that has been under rain water and sunlight is already fading. Not very promising considering it has only been on the pool a little over a month. Will not be purchasing another.

Good quality for the price. I used it to cover my gazebo for the winter. We'll see in the spring how it holds up.

Seems to be a well constructed product so far.
We bought this tarp as a winter cover for our above ground pool. We will see how it handles the -40° weather.

NOT Heavy duty
Bought it to cover a roof. 50' x 50' was great to cover both sides. It was in place for 4 days before the center tore. Then 3 days later the edge tore, so for $230, we were able to protect the roof from rain that never came, during the 4 days it was fully intact. Not as heavey duty as it was advertised.
