Kinect stopped working for my Xbox one and needed to control my tv. This works perfectly and I actually have better range.

Did not work, & frustrated now I’m out of the return window (I had to wait a while to install since I needed help getting my TV off the wall to access the cable mini box). It states this works with cable boxes but mine did not function at all. Went to Cox directly & turns out they give the correct ones for free. Would not recommend buying this since the description makes it sound like it works for any cable box which is clearly not the case.

Gets the job done l. One star knocked off as the adhesive it comes with isn’t too strong.

I purchased this so my Xbox One could control my AV receiver.I initially had my Xbox One and receiver on an open entertainment center with open shelves. The Xbox can wirelessly transmit this IR signal on its own and communicate just fine. However, when I changed my entertainment setup to have both the Xbox and receiver behind a closed door cabinet on separate shelves, my Xbox stopped being able to control the receiver. After determining the cause of this was the cabinet doors blocking the IR signal, I purchased this cable.This is a very inexpensive solution to this issue. I'd definitely recommend this cable.

I bought this because I wanted to unify the TV remotes in the living room instead of using the chunky one from Xfinity. Since our TV has those internet-enabled functions that they think make a television 'smart', the Samsung remote was the obvious choice for which one I wanted to work with.I was able to plug this in to the TV, run it down to the cable box, and within a minute or so, program the TV to use the Samsung remote for changing channels on the cable box.
