Obagi comes highly recommended so I tried this package. The cleanser and moisturizer seem to work well; however, the retinol treatment is extremely problematic. The tube has a kind of weird top that turns 180 degrees--supposedly to control the flow and open/close. It does neither of these so one has to squeeze extremely hard to get the product out of the tube. After a few mornings of squeezing the tube to force the product out, the bottom of the tube split and the product went flying all over the bathroom.I sent the product back to Obagi and they kindly sent a replacement package. Would you believe, the SAME THING happened --the tube ruptured and the product squirted all over the walls.At this point I have to warn you not to purchase this product. I will try and return it and hope that Obagi realizes this is a huge problem, especially for a product at this price point. I'm also not entirely convinced that the retinol product actually makes any difference at all. I've had this for over two months and haven't noticed a single change in my skin.

First of all the beads in this are ridiculously huge. They exfoliate nothing. Second of all the retinol exploded through the bottom of the tube. Third of all who has a 3 step line with a sunscreen instead of a moisturizer? Totally disappointing. I would like not only a replacement set sent but also a moisturizer. This is ridiculous for 150.00. I shouldn’t have to go out of my way to send anything back after this mess

By far the best skin care regimen I’ve used to brighten up my skin. I’m 45 but pass for 35. I’ve been using the retinol creme for a few years now. Really really works. It’s expensive but it actually shows results in days not months like other products.

LOVE the product, but so disappointed that while while attempting to use last night, the bottom of tube split open and the product squirted out landing on my sink. I use it sparingly only on my 11's and around my mouth so Still had a lot in tube. I don't trust that since the remaining product is exposed that it will be as effective. Money down the drain, unless of course I could get a replacement tube.As for the cleanser and sun blocking day cream, I LOVE THEM TOO! Day cream feels wonderful and cleanser is gentle but very effective. I am 55 and trying to clear up some sun damage.

I was very disappointed in these products. Obagi has always helped my skin and improved the texture of it. These products have caused breakouts and haven’t prevented the cystic acne that I have to battle. The mojo is heavy and greasy and leaves my face too shiny and oily all day.Obagi Medical is a much better product and worth the money. I don’t think these products were worth the outrageous price tag.
