Interesting cookbook. Prompt delivery.

Lots of lovely recipes and it's broken into helpful 'courses' like The Meze Table, etc. The pictures were beautiful to look at and the recipes were very easy to follow.

Interesting to read and the recipes I tried came out well

Considerando la spesa speravo di ricevere un bel libro con molte più ricette, una migliore suddivisione delle preparazioni ma soprattutto con delle ricette chiamate col loro nome. ho visto inoltre che per fare quelli che credo siano Manti si consiglia di usare i tortellini.. questa da sola è una cosa che, se l'avessi saputo, mi avrebbe trattenuto dal comprare il libro.Un vero peccato perchè non rende assolutamente giustizia al panorama gastronomico di queste regioni del mondo.

I am an avid cooker..I love to cook..and I was looking for things I didnt already know.This book did not offer me any nsight on things I didnt already know . .Great pictures and great history write-ups.but again..nothing I didn't already know.
