I was impressed with this recipe book. It contains a large number of Asian recipes that I have eaten before and are delicious. The pictures are realistic. Worth every penny of the purchase price.

Here's the ingredients - you figure out how to cook it
This is a horrible book. The recipes don't tell you how long to cook anything. It's like a recipe book that says "put the chicken in the oven and roast it".An example: "Add... and stir fry". "Add... and stir fry until it changes color". "Add... and stir fry". "Add ... and bring to a boil". "Add... and stir fry".I'm sorry, but are we stir frying for 30 seconds or 2 minutes ?I've never bought a cookbook that fails to give you specifics, especially given that stir frying is "to the second".This is the first cookbook I have bought that is going in the trash. I wouldn't even donate it to a Charity Store.

Great collection of noodle recipes
The book contains a variety of Asian noodle recipes from Thailand, China, Vietnam, Korea & Japan including cold dishes, stir-fried, pan-fried and soups. Much appreciated were her explanations of the various noodle types, the flavorings/spices used in the recipes, the authentic toppings and condiments used in each country as well as a group of Asian dessert recipes.
