Great Durable Auger
Bought this auger to use with my Earthquake Model# 9800K 2-Person Kohler Powerhead. Both the powerhead and this auger are beasts. However you need to keep some spare grade 8 bolts on hand for the auger because the original bolts bend easily and will shear off after a few hours of use.

Just a wild guess.
I have not opened the box yet, but think about it , what could possible be wrong with a solid steel auger to be used for drilling earth?

It did fine on the first two holes
The item showed up as advertised. I used it on a job to dig deck footing holes. It did fine on the first two holes. By the 3rd hole it started turning the auger bit without pulling the throttle. By the 5th hole it would not dig at all. Overall not pleased.
