Tastes good but lots of sugar
Kashi cereals aren't as healthy as they may seem. I used to think they were high in fiber and low in sugar but not Blueberry Clusters. They taste fine but don't get them because you think they're more healthy than other cereals. 42 g Carbs, only 3 g fiber, 11 g of sugarNote: This cereal, as opposed to some Post Shredded Wheat I also recently purchased, was packed very well in an outer box cushioned by some packing material inside.

Tastes artificial
I love Kashi cereals, but this variety is a disappointment. The flavor tastes artificial and off-putting. I could not finish the package.

Good Alternative to Unhealthy Cereals
I like this cereal because it's a much healthier choice, to other too sugary and sweet cereals. My mom is a diabetic and I feel safe giving her these for breakfast.

How to 'Kashi' in - contact Amazon.
This is a cereal which my husband first enjoyed when visiting New York. On return home to Scotland, we tried so many outlets to purchase this product - unsuccessfully! To find it on Amazon was fantastic - and, much to his delight, Santa brought him some at Christmas!
