Easy installation - works great

Nice simply installation.

Dimensions need to be clearly marked on the photos online. What is the outside diameter of the vent pipe? What is the overall length? The straight vent section is 12" but I originally assumed this was the full length and since I have 6" walls I ordered the 21" vent. This also was not described and as it was too long I had to return it. Not wanting to experience another return with the 12" vent I ordered through Amazon and paid $16 more than the price at other suppliers. I am not singling out Big Frog for not marking the dimensions as none of the other suppliers have that information either. If you attach the tankless heater on the outside wall the 12" vent is the correct size. If you attach the heater on a side wall you will need the 21" vent. Extension pieces are available.

It gets three stars because it’s overpriced. Plain and simple. It’s not the vendors fault, it’s just #facts. They force you to use their overpriced vent and then I still had to install a condensate drain even though directions said I didn’t have to with my installation type. (Direct through exterior wall.)

Easy to install, little bit of a change in how it delivers hot water vs tank. Had a 50 gal for 17 years, hope this lasts me just as long or longer
