The belt fits just as I figured it would for I was not looking for a belt that's too bulky for at times I have to wear it every time I go out and not just going to the gym. My back is really effed up and it is difficult to detect with a shirt over it. I measured at 34 inches for which I wear a size 30 in pants. I'd give it two thumbs but one hand is nearly useless so yeah the best I can 1 for the other hand is near useless but that doesn't bother me. Good job🤙🏼

I wear a 34-35 waist. My belly is slightly larger. This was to fit a 36 but was much too small

Highl quality belt for the price. Very comfortable and feels secure when locked in. The steel lock definitely helps keep the strap tight and in place. Also great customer service from the seller. Ordered wrong size so I emailed them and they had a replacement shipped out within hours.

Despite my failure to order the correct size when I realized my mistake I immediately reached out and in no more than 10 minutes I had been refunded and told to order my correct size at my own leisure. Probably the best customer service experience in my life thus far. Regarding the belt itself it’s got a great quick lock mechanism and helps me push myself farther when lifting!

Good belt but you get what you pay! If you really are into weight lifting, you better get a solid and better belt to support your back. However, for the price this is a good belt if you are doing minor weight lifting and exercising. So, If you want to begin into weight lifting, get/invest in a very good quality belt to supports your back and avoid injuries.

La calidad es buena, pero no me ajusta lo necesario, les aconsejo escoger la talla XL si eres M ya que eso hace que haya más presión, sino, te va a suceder lo mismo que a mi.
