Fantastic for the price!
We needed a budget friendly camera that looked elegant, gave us remote control of its position, and had a great image, and this camera gave us all three of those! It was not difficult to set up, and as a bonus it is comparable with software from PTZ Optics, so programs like OBS are natively able to work with it. We are also able to control it with an XBox controller, which is an added plus since we don’t need to buy an expensive camera controller.I should point out that you do need more than one camera if you want a PTZ like this though. Moving a live feed is really jerky—and I don’t think that you will have smooth movements with any camera in this price range, which is why I don’t fault this choice. So long as you can cut to another angle while adjusting this camera, it will give you no issues!Again, great camera for a great price. (We just bought another to give us a second angle that we can also control!)

Used for a church AV system - great quality
We have a system using three of these cameras. The one at the back of the church is almost 100 ft to where the speakers stand, and the picture quality zoomed in all the way is really great. We have the controller for these and have them connected via inexpensive network cables for the control, and then fiber optic HDMI cables for the picture. The cameras are very responsive, lots of controllability, and produce a good quality high def signal. Sometimes the focus is a little sluggish, but our church has pretty harsh backlighting, so I think any camera would struggle under those conditions.I would definitely recommend these cameras to anyone setting up a multi-camera streaming system.

Good value with one concern
There's a lot to like about this gadget. Lots of features. Many ways to connect. Good quality images. Plenty of PTZ range. However, it looks like something that would be be installed somewhere and not moved. I want to use it on a heavy duty tripod. The problem is that it's hard to move without manually changes the PTZ which the manual warns to not do. I'm guessing that eventually I'll wreck it. Too bad as it's otherwise a nifty product.

Great camera
This camera was very easy to hook up. It has various protocols which made me comfortable about linking with camera I already had. So far I can’t see anything o don’t like. The wide angle was better than my PYZ Optics and cost a whole lot less. The zoom was clear. The controller was easy to learn and use.

OVer a year later and I am extremely satifsifed!
Bought this camera for my conference room at my office. The zoom on this thing is incredible and is a huge step up from most web or conference cams. I have it mounted above the TV so it can show the entire room, the remote is easy to use and I can zoom in on anyone speaking. I highly recommend this product!

No technical support - Manuals are useless - Don't BUY this system
Bought this camera and controller set to use at our church. The manuals that come with these units are totally worthless. I setup the system before physically mounting the cameras. After much trial and error finally got the cameras to respond with the controller. After mounting the cameras and turning the system back on everything seemed to work correctly. Sut the controller off and the next day turned it on to use and the camera didn't respond. The work with the remote control but not with the controller. After 4 hours I gave up. The website listed in the manual doesn't even show any electronic products just some molded panels. No answer from the email. The old adage buyer be ware holds true for this product and company

Really nice cameras for church use
We use these in a contemporary church setting with an ATEM switcher, having recently upgraded from another PTZ camera brand which wasn't working out for us - these are a night and day improvement for not much more money. The big thing for us was the ability to manually set white balance and it doesn't try to auto-adjust, so you can have RGB/LED lighting scenes changing color behind the band and the skin tone and overall stage stays natural looking on camera. These also save the "focus" setting as part of the shot presets, so you can recall a shot and it's how you left it, without the camera trying to auto-focus (and fail) every time you change shot, which was crazy annoying with our old cameras. Sometimes the image get a little hazy at the far telephoto end of the zoom, but this is a 20X optical zoom which is ridiculous for the price, and under any sensible zoom setting the image is incredibly clear and crisp. Can't speak to the streaming or recording options as we run these into our ATEM over SDI and then stream from there, but our team is really liking the upgrade and I'd highly recommend to any churches looking for PTZ cameras.
