The ship has more than a few problems. Just like the buran they made the nacells have a clear orange plastic fore the tip ,but they poorly painted the rest of the nacells rather than using clear blue plastic like most of the ships for federation have in other collections. The roll bar similar to the miranda class is neat but the impulse engines and warp core shaft on it ,are painted very poorly. The plastic treatment should have been done instead of thin blue grey paint. Also like the miranda the shuttle bay doors are numbered. They did not bother to paint them only added the number. The magazine still has the problem of only showing cstore ship stairs not the fully upgrade fleet stats. the stand for the model is very lose . The model has trouble staying in the stand . The promo code the comes with the ship for half of T6 is still PC ONLY. Yet this game is on concoles

The Europa is a nice ship with a lot of detail. There is a lot more color on this ship, yellow, blue, white, black, gray, red, and it all makes it look very vibrant. There may be some spots where the paint isn't the greatest, but it's easily overlooked. The ship design is strangely compact looking to me, it's distinctly Federation, but it looks more condensed due to how close the nacelles are to the main body.The biggest issue is how poorly it fits into its own stand. It's a very loose fit, and the ship will easily fall out even with a strong gust of wind.Lastly, another reviewer has mentioned that the magazine's stats are not accurate in some way. I feel the need to say, "Who cares?" No one is buying the model to get the online game's stats. Buyers are going to fall into 3 categories.1. Those who don't play STO and don't care. These people, obviously don't care.2. Those who do play STO and do not know the stats. These people are going to get the stats online from a wiki.3. Those who do play STO and already know the stats. These people do not need a book reminder.That the magazine doesn't give accurate stats of something from a game that's being constantly updated doesn't seem like something you should fault Eaglemoss on.

At first glance it looks perfect, but as I examined it more closely, there were some small areas where it wasn't completely painted, mostly along the leading edge of the roll-bar. They don't detract much from the overall appearance, though, so I'm satisfied. In their defense, I'm a professional Quality Assurance inspector, so I'm accustomed to picking out the tiniest of flaws.

Being a fan of the game, I was truly excited to order this! I'm no quality engineer, but I do believe that it is definitely worth the price I paid! It's a fun item to display, but also fun to play with. I've dropped it twice playing around, but so far it has held up very well.

I'm still waiting for my item to be delivered, but from what I've seen of this particular model, I can't wait to receive it.An updating of the ship of the same name from Star Trek: Discovery, the Europa follows the design aesthetic of other Miranda-class-vessels like the U.S.S. Reliant, complete with the weapons array roll bar, but with a four-nacelle configuration.Like the other ships from the Star Trek Online collection, there's an incredible amount of detail in these ships, and it looks like Eaglemoss has opted for some kind of digital printing process on the ship surfaces instead of traditional tampo/pad print/paint applications. The effect can be a little jarring for old-school fans of Eaglemoss' work, but I think it translates the high level of detail to such a small scale perfectly.

Great ship! Fits stand and stays. Detailing is ok but could be better. Overall, I love it and hop it becomes a collector’s item.
