It does make a difference!
I've used an ordinary pillow between my lower legs for years but recently it just wasn't making any difference to the back/leg pain I suffer from. Did some researching, read other reviews and finally settled on this one.Started with it situated from knee downwards but after a couple of nights tried it higher so that the lower part was between my knees - perfect for me. So I would suggest trying it out to see what is best before writing it off.Still wake up in pain (which I expected) BUT I am getting solid three hour blocks of sleep which is a real bonus for me.I wondered if the strap might be a nuisance but it's soft and comfortable and not noticeable. Likewise the pillow itself - it fits well, does what it's meant to and I don't notice it even when rolling from left side to right which I have a tendency to do throughout the night.Well worth the money.

Amazing !
I have osteoarthritis which affects my knees really badly. Before I bought this knee pillow I was waking 3 or 4 times a night because of the severe pain. Since the first night of using it I have had no pain and have enjoyed a good night’s sleep.The pillow is very well made, the cover fits like a glove and is removable for washing.Can thoroughly recommend.

Excellent Quality
I have previously purchased Bamboo products and they have been excellent, this sleep aid is no different.It comes in a handy storage cover, and then has another washable cover.Well made and comfortable in use, I am happy to recommend

Well made, but I’m not convinced it works.
I bought this Premium Memory Foam Knee Pillow, to help with my lower back pain.Although it is well made, it doesn’t seem to be very effective, and it isn’t still in place, when I wake up. Therefore, I cannot know how long it actually stays where I fitted it.Consequently, I’m not convinced of its effectiveness, or value.

Great sleep aid but not durable
Love the pillow in and of itself but after 2 months of use the actual memory foam has started to tear I’ve used it sporadically and only noticed when I took the cover off to wash it! Not as durable as I would expect for the price!

Better sleep after hip operation
My wife was having problems with sleeping after a hip replacement operation, this has been a significant help

Only had pillow for 2 nights and it’s made a difference already I’m more comfortable and sleeping better, 10 out out of 10 and I would recommend this to friends with hip problems.
