This soft close toilet seat fits and works well and we have ordered a few for different bathrooms. One developed a fault with the soft close mechanism, and the customer service was absolutely brilliant, with a replacement sent as soon as I'd shared photos of the issue. It's always easy to be happy with a company when everything works well, so the real test is how they respond when things haven't gone quite so smoothly. This was definitely 5* customer service!The seat is sturdy, fits securely with no slipping, the soft close works without creaking noisily and I would definitely recommend this company for replacement seats.

A well priced and good quality toilet set. I found it easy to fit but I've done a few before. I think a first timer may find the instructions a bit limited. Over all very happy. It's firmly set in place and the easy push buttons to remove it while cleaning the toilet.

Bought one of these to try out and it seemed like a good quality product. Bought another two this year. One is working fine but the one in the downstairs cloakroom is not. The seat drops slowly but not the lid. It comes crashing down. While this toilet got a bit more use than the bathroom there are only two of us living in this house so it should have lasted a lot longer. Pity, as I thought these were quite good up to this point.

The lid would come down on your back whilst sat down. The soft close deteriorated with time and the hinge broke today. Had the product less than a year. Not good quality.

Fitted well but bit awkward to get on

Have never had to fit a toilet seat myself before but I found this to be fairly straightforward even with the basic instructions. You do need to get the two metal parts lined up fairly evenly for the seat to easily click into place, so a bit of readjustment may be needed. Not the perfect size, but for the price it will do! Shiny white, so looks good when the lid is down, but just be sure not to sit on the closed lid as the plastic isn't great quality and lacks sufficient sturdiness to take your weight. Button is useful for cleaning, although a bit plasticky. Overall good value for money at this price point.

The entire product is of poor quality and cheap materials. The stoppers on the seat are hard plastic so the seat slides around

It came without the original package, the cover was dirty and scratched.
