The products are pump bottles and the plastic they are made from is much thinner than that from those from a salon. The bottles are also only 75% full!

The product is not real.Both the shampoo and conditioner smell like glue and not what the tigi brand smells likeThe conditioner made my hair like straw and is a definite fake product! Absolutely furious

I have ordered this previously and it was the same as advertised but this time the bottles are very flimsy plastic also was very hot like it has been left outside in the sun for a long time and one was a lighter colourThe products inside look and smell the same as original but less product only 3/4 fullWill not order again from this seller

I love these products. I've been using them for several years. Lately, I had been able to find in stores. Smells great and like how my hair feels.

I love the smell of the conditioner. The combo leaves hair soft and smelling great. It doesn’t do much for me in removing brassy tones. But I love it as my regular shampoo and use it in conjunction with another purple shampoo for tone. Also you don’t need a whole lot of the shampoo, it goes along way. I always grab too much and have way to much lather. They could have included a pump, bottles are large which is great, but the conditioner is thick and sometimes difficult to get out of the bottle.
