It came fast.It is pretty much as described, only it had a small stain on the arm and a smudge on the back that are not coming off. It is too much trouble to send it back and not that big a deal in our case.It will recline fine into one position and stay but if you make it go all the way back, it will not stay that way.That's a disappointment, but the first and second positions are fine.The vibrating mechanism is very loud, but for the price - to have a chair do what it does for us, I can accept the flaws.I had limited money to spend and did not need a chair that would hold up for many years because my mother is nearing the end of her journey.I would have given it 3.5 stars if I could.

Came packed well, easy to put together, the only thing I can say is the seat cushion is on the hard side .

This chair is comfortable for a smaller person; not for a tall one. The heater has only one option...HIGH and get way too hot to enjoy for too long. Also the 2 speeds of vibration are low and high and even at the high option it is fair. Easily puts together. Still I am satisfied with the purchase.

I bought two of these chairs. They are very easy to put together. They are not large chairs so if you are looking for that these would be too small. I know a lot of people said that their chairs were hard but both of mine are comfortable. The only thing that would be nice is if there was a lever to open the chair and close but I new that these chairs did not have that so it is not too much of a big deal.

I’ve finally gotten my chair and let me tell you all I am in love 😍. It’s very sturdy and most importantly it’s comfortable. As far as for the assembly , the pieces was easy to put together . I’ve read some of the previous reviews , and I seen a lot of people saying that this reclining chair isn’t that sturdy , but for me it’s perfect enough especially for the price . I see as of right now this chair is unavailable, if you want a great bargain on a reclining chair for a decent price then this is the product for you !!!

I purchased 2 chairs and deliveries were in time.The product is one of the cheapest recliner chairs you can find. Therefore, product quality and performance expectations should be kept at minimum. Please find below review of the chair based on its 3 main functions from heat important to most important:1) Heating: Works. Rating: 4*2) Massage: It just vibrates and makes noise. Therefore, do not expect a massage. Rating: 2*3) Recline: First recline of lifting feet-rest works. But second reclining level, where you would relax, does not stay at the point, unless you keep pushing the back-rest. Therefore, recliner does not function properly. As this is the most important function of the chair, rating for this function matters the most. Rating: 2*I should also mention that customer service was OK. When the problem was raised, first response was a kind of push-back. But when explained, there was understanding and help. They acknowledged that there could be an error, offered free return or partial refund. I opted for partial refund.

It’s a sturdy little chair. Not too big; not too small. Very feminine in the palest of pinks. I couldn’t tell if it was beige or pink when I purchased it because the description said cream but the online photo was pink. I figured I’d like it either way, and I do. The massage feature is fun but it sounds better than it feels. It’s very loud but too gentle to affect tired muscles. Easy assembly.
