Street Art Africa

Obviously many very talented artists among the diverse countries of Africa. Nothing deep , but some very interesting and often amazing paintings on misc walls and buildings. Brief descriptions and interviews add to the pleasant experience of paging through the book. Motivation perhaps to foster more street and building art within our own society as there are many good artists among us who could make our cityscapes correspondingly much more picturesque, colorful, and interesting.

Purchased as a gift for my son after he purchased it as a gift for a friend. Well presented, edited and printed. Excellent collection.

This book has amazing images of graffiti and street art in Africa. It was dope to get to see some of the scenes I’m familiar with (like Festigraf in Senegal & Chale Wote in Ghana) and some of my favorite artists (like Nardstar in South Africa).
