I have to take a medication that must be kept refrigerated on long overseas flights and this travel cooler is just great. I have learned that it is wise to take it out of my bag and just set it on the belt by itself when going through the security checkpoint at the airport. Otherwise, they will stop and search my entire carryon. But this little cooler really does stay cold enough for the 10 hours or so that I've needed it to. The medication is secure, and very well protected for any possible damage. I've used mine on four overseas flights and a couple of shorter ones without any problem at all. I do with they could make it a little bit smaller, but I still highly recommend this cooler.

I am diabetic and use two different insulin types every day. One is an insulin pen and the other is in a vial. As a result I have to carry two different delivery systems when I travel, both syringes and pen needles This case is just thing for carrying both, lots of interior room and if your insulin needs to keep cool it comes with 4 re-freezable ice packs. It seems to be just perfect.

I am happy with this product. It is well made and seems to be durable. I bought it primarily to hold my test meter, strips, lancets, alcohol pads, and my insulin pen. I wanted to have everything in one place for daily use, this does that pretty well. I usually use a cooler to carry my insulin on long trips, but this would work well for short trips.
