I’d never heard of this brand of microwave before but an online search revealed it has all the features and options I was looking for, particularly the inverter power feature, and the price was unable to be beaten anywhere else. Delivery was a lot more prompt than I was expecting, and once unpacked it was very easy to set up and is actually quite a nice looking appliance. Unlike most microwaves this one does not have any number pads, which was initially confusing, but scanning the instructions showed how easy this appliance is to use. Basically you turn the knob to set the time and push the knob to start the cooking. The amount of presets for different food products is extensive and can end up being very simple cooking. To me the only drawback is that the interior is dark/black colored rather than white so it is hard to see anything being cooked. Otherwise am very pleased with this item and would highly recommend it.

Fantastic Microwave! It does everything perfectly. I never thought the dial would be such a game changer but it is!!! When you want to cook something, instead of pressing a bunch of buttons, you twist the dial with sets the time and just push it in to start! You'll be amazed at how easy it is and it'll ruin you for going back to pushing buttons. I just can't stand doing that after getting this Microwave.I can't say enough about how easy it is to use. How good it looks in my Kitchen and the genius of the dial.

This microwave (after about 2 months now) runs well and seems very well made. The dial setting knob instead of just buttons takes a little getting used to but now I prefer it to just buttons. A couple of things that made me do 4 stars. The light inside is very, very dim. You can't see inside hardly at all. You have to open the door to check something. And the constrast of text labels on the buttons won't be easy to read unless you turn on some good lights. I know it sounds like I have poor night vision but that's not the case here.

Microwave is so mature these days that it's hard to mess up. What stands out on this product is the dial that makes it so much easier to use. Definitely something you can't live without after just a couple use of it. It's also pretty looking. No complaints on function or noise level. Good buy!

I bought this microwave and I loved it and it worked fine for a month or so. The plate broke inside one day and I thought my kids broke it so I didn’t think much of it and replaced the plate. Well a couple weeks later the plate shatters in my microwave, the plastic turnstile has melted completely there is black soot everywhere inside. The microwave looks brand new outside but it didn’t last. Go to Walmart and get a cheap one. I’m a huge Amazon fan but seriously if you look at other microwave reviews that this same company has on Amazon they all say the same thing. There is some faulty wiring or something it’s not just a coincidence every microwave is blowing up or catching on fire. Amazon should really investigate.

I like the overall design and it works well, but the buttons are confusing. Defrosting doesn't make sense. I select the Weight in Lbs but it only runs for about a minute.

Why did it take so long for someone to come up with the dial idea? Game changer. Galanz sounds like an off brand but I guess they have been around for awhile making the internal parts for other companies. I looked inside my old microwave this new one replaced and it had some parts labeled Galanz. Panasonic has a microwave that looks identical to this one, only a little more expensive. Both are probably made by Galanz.

This is a great microwave oven. The knob is a feature different from most. I actually find it very handy. A great feature!
