This is a well-made heat press. It feels solid and works perfectly, with a nice weight.The only issue is the very bad translation of the instructions, even in a YouTube video that I found for this product.The operation is quite simple but the lack of full device operations makes it very confusing.

It's a simple product to use It goes over what the heat supposed to be sometimes but it's fine....what my issue is with this product is that I haven't had it less than a month And in that Time I have got "2 splinter" or "two vinyl splinter" from the logo on the handle. Idk if I receive a messed up one or if others have had the same issue but it sucks and makes me want to buy A different heat press and keep this one as a back up. It would be 5 stars if not for that

I thought this was going to be a great little heat press to add to my cricut stuff and it was just a pain to set it up. It wouldn’t set the temperature or the time the heat would go up and down. Just a horrible product and I regret the purchase.

the 2 time i used it. it got so hot it melted the vinyl on the shirt and it melted the bottom of the iron and now it doesn't work at all it is junk and a waste of money I wish I would have spent more and got the cricket iron this is the 2 one they sent me because the first one's button broke

Controls are VERY temperamental and aggravating. Instructions in ENGLISH would have been nice, I can’t read Chinese!!
