Q: Can I order just the horns? I ordered this before but one of the horns broke and don't want to buy a whole new one.

I know the feeling. I too, broke a horn. It was broken in about 6 pieces. I meticulously glued them back together, then used brown twine to wrap the horn which hid the cracks from it being broken. I wrapped the other horn to match. It looks better than it did before. You could use leather strips instead of twine. You will need to liberally glue the twine as you wrap it. I used Elmer's glue, which was undetectable after it dried. Best of luck for you.

Q: Will this look good on a front of a truck?

I bought 2 of the horns to put on an arch for my wedding last summer. They looked great except you have to attach the horns somehow because they won't stay in. We glued them and they eventually broke. Ended up using only one of them because one was broke but the other ended up breaking afterwards.

Q: I am also looking to put this in an aquarium, are there any metal screws in it or pre-glued parts?

Nagai, I didn't keep my steerhead long because it was much smaller than I expected. The horns are about 24 inches tip to tip. I don't remember seeing screw o I don't remember how it was intended to be hung. Ranch horn is separately made of a molded resin as is the skull itself. It ie easy to assemble but it does come disassembled. But to answer yor question, I dont think there are screws or glued parts. But if you are looking for a full size skull, this is not it.

Q: can this be hung outside in rain, dirty winds in Arizona?

I don't see why not...it's heavy duty and don't believe any part of it looks rustable. It's pretty cool
