My podiatrist recommended this exact model for forefoot pain. It helped at least 95%. I needed it due to longstanding foot pain and will wear it until I get orthotics that work. The boot is well made. Only thing missing are instructions from the manufacturer. I figured it out myself.

Excellent, sturdy quality. True to size - I generally wear between a 6 1/2 & 7, and ordered the small. Velcro is high quality and doesn't lose its strength after opening and closing constantly. The product is superior to the maxtrax boot sold at the hospital (in Ontario) & a fraction of the price.
