No issues, solid metal body
Cisco is a name that is synonymous with quality and performance among other things. This is a dummy switch, no nothing crazy here. Does have a little weight to it and I like that when dealing with switches. No management, so plug in and go. I have 8 port, 16 and 24 all over my work environment and have had no issues anywhere.I continue to buy these today to replace other switches when they die out elsewhere or we add.

Plug and Play
The switch performed as expected. Only 12 of the ports are POE but that was fine for my use.POE is powering Yealink T42S phones easily.

Great Product - Read the Description RE PoE Ports
If you're going to buy network equipment, buy Cisco. The low-end stuff like this is high quality, plug and play, and will never break. The higher-end stuff is more difficult to configure, etc., but at this level, that's not an issue.Read the description carefully - this has 12 PoE ports; not 24.

Overall good Cisco product
Overall good product. Couple of things to consider before purchasing are1. All the ports are on the front right side so I had to use longer cables to reach the left side of patch panels.2. My older rack is too narrow once the brackets were installed on the switch to allow the unit to slide all the way in. Flipped the brackets around and it sticks out some but no issues otherwise.

Simple
Just installed two of these, on in my house, and one in an outbuilding. I hope to install POE cameras soon. Works well without issue.
