Changed bottle went from 5 stars to 1
I have been using this product for years and I was very satisfied, but my most recent order was different. They changed the bottles, and the cap that was supposed to punch a hole in the eye dropper failed completely, so I had 2 bottles that were totally useless. The old bottles worked flawlessly. The new bottles are a total disaster. They should have stayed with the old bottles. Now, I will have to find a substitute.

New design of vial poorly produced and sized
This product has a newly designed vial that is poorly made and too short. The applicator tip is supposed to be punctured by something in the cap after taking off the collar. To finally make the puncture happen, I had to tighten the cap with pipe pliers but still the hole was so small that it took a major effort to squeeze out a very tiny drop. The puncturing thing is obviously making a hole too small or maybe the puncturing thing was not correctly emplaced. Also, the vial for me should be a half inch longer so I can manage a controlled squeeze. This new vial shape is for petite fingers. Please bring back the old, longer, vial style which had a real puncturer in the cap.

Brite Eyes III works double duty to help moisturize your eyes.
I had NO idea that the changes in my vision were related to the need for an appropriate amount of moisture in my eyes. Well, fear not. My visual clarity improved remarkably in just a few days. I use 2 drops twice a day as recommended by my nurse practitioner. It's strong and there's a slight discomfort when first dropped into your eyes. It passes almost immediately. I tell you the truth, when I miss an application, my eyes seemingly ask me what's my problem & tell me to stick to the program. I've reordered it several times and frankly, having tried other eyedrops, which do in fact moisturize, the Brite Eyes III actually improve my visual clarity.

The drops soothe my eyes, but part of it might be because they are supposed to be refrigerated.
The manufacturer should include on the box in large print that the drops should be refrigerated after opening. I don't usually read the instructions inside an eyedrop box, but for some reason I did and saw the refrigerator storage note. They do soothe my eyes, but part of it might be because they are cool. They are kind of expensive. I think I'm going to try keeping some of my other eye drops in the fridge.

My retinologist is asking what I'm taking.
It has help slow the development of a cataract and began reversing damage to the retina. I have reordered this and added it to the supplements I can't get locally. It does the trick.

Plastic caps don't puncture the containers tip
This is not the sellers fault though. Life Essentials change the design of their plastic bottles. It is very irritating waiting for an eye drop that doesn't come. What's wrong with the old bottle design? Now you need to find something to puncture the tip.

New bottle design inferior.
New packaging is inferior. Previous bottles poked hole when you screwed the top down so the drops could come out. The new bottles have a similar mechanism but it seldom works. Requiring the use of sharp implement to open each bottle.
