The kids love it. I bought a bunch of them for the class I am teaching. The kids are 2nd to 3rd graders. The instructions are easy to follow and still engaging. It was totally worth the purchase.

Bought this for our 10 year old grandson. He loves it he built it and now he looks for ways to modify the mechanisms.

My daughter has had hours of fun. She is 11 and very into engineering. Great gift idea

I bought it to challenge an 11 year old child who is very smart and loves to assemble/ build things. This did serve as a brief challenge, so it was a big hit. Now she continues to come up with alternative models with the same materials, just modified.

Purchased for granddaughter, 10 years old. Not really into product. Not product's fault.

Good projects while we’re here over the summer doing our social distancing. As others have noted - the included, written instructions can be a little perplexing at times but otherwise manageable. This pulley set in particular suffers from a friction problem, which was solved by some rubber bands and the use of cotton twine instead of the included, easily frayed nylon coated string. For the curious child it provides ample areas for experimentation - “Would this be more stable if we added weight or length to the base?” Going to see what some of the other flavors of this brand have in store

Durante un largo tiempo, busqué qué regalarle a mi hijo que iba a cumplir 12 años. No quería regarlarle algo que tuviera que ver con la tecnología porque no les deja desarrollar tanto su imaginación, así que decidí comprarle estas piezas para armar, cuando él no sabía ni lo que quería.Hoy en día tiene 15 años, y cuando le quitó el dispositivo para que se relaje un rato de la tecnología, agarra su piezas y se pone a armar cualquier cosa. Es un producto que no me arrepiento de haber comprado.

Arrived quick, product clicks together OK but the picture instructions are not clear and the turning parts are not strong so pop out of the fixing hole.This can be expensive compared to other simular kits.

Great to follow along with the step-by-step instructions, but has also proved valuable in constructing models for future projects / prototypes.Packed with excellent lessons in the booklet.
