Thermal Paste, 2gI bought this Thermal Paste for my small fan that has ice technology. The silver plate at the front of the fan that turns ice cold when on the ice setting came off and when I put it back on the ice feature wouldn't work. We realised it had some sort of paste on the underside so figured it was probably Thermal Paste.I looked it up and found this one.When I received the Thermal Paste I put a little on the base under where the plate sits and replaced the metal plate. Just like magic, the ice feature worked again on my fan.I'm very impressed because otherwise the very valuable ice cooling part of my fan would be unworkable. It was perfectly compatible with my fan and it's ice cooling technology.Now, my fan is as good as new again and back to keeping me proper cool in this hot weather. The great thing is I know I can repair it again if needed. There's plenty of paste in the tube you receive and it has a stopper cap to keep the contents fresh.The Thermal Paste Kit comes with protective plate, wipes, scraper and spatula. The paste is in a syringe making application easy and mess free.The paste has insulation and high thermal conductivity.The size of the syringe I bought was 2G and I had more then enough to do the job I needed to.I think this kit is great quality and great value for money because there was plenty in the syringe for the job I wanted it for and I have plenty left. It was easy to use. And it fixed my fan. Very happy with my purchase and would repurchase if needed and recommend.

From other reviews I have no doubt that this thermal paste performs well, but the paste is far too thick for my liking.The paste is immensely thick and near impossible to spread. In the photos attached I was repairing a PS3 which requires a decent amount of thermal paste spread across both the chips. With other brands of paste, I have been able to get both done with a good amount of thermal paste left over. Not with this however. It has the consistency of bluetac and spreads about the same as that too.I imagine for a PC CPU, this product would probably be fine, but the consistency and application is far from ideal.

My HP Omen gaming laptop has been running at 100C on the CPU, and after removing a year's worth of dust (and cat hair) from the fans, nothing improved. The laptop was turning off when the CPU broke 100C thanks to thermal cutoffs, which protected it, but did mean a lot of reboots. It's worth noting this laptop has run games in the 90c+ range since new a year ago.Getting the heatsink and fan assembly out wasn't easy. The heat had caused the screws to be tightly held in place. I ended up stripping the heads of some tiny M2x3mm screws, so had to buy a screw extractor kit and some new screws. Fun times!When I eventually removed the assembly, I used this kit's supplied wipes to clean the CPU and GPU. The 2g syringe of this paste was enough to cover both processors. Some reviews have commented it's hard to spread. Well, I've only done this once before, and this didn't seem any trickier. Watch the supplier's short video and you'll be fine. Try and get it to an even height everywhere, and don't worry about the top surface being mirror-smooth - you're going to attach a large heatsink to it that will flatten it out.Once everything was back together, and after 24 hours of testing, I'm happy to report that under normal load (browser, email) I'm not sitting at 50-60C instead of 60-70C. While gaming, with everything cranked up full in FarCry6, Elder Scrolls Online, and running 3D Mark (DX11 and DX12), I'm peaking at around 83C, and averaging 78C.Great thermal paste, recommended.

Jedna pasta 2g starczyła mi na wymianę pasty dla procesora oraz karty graficznej w stacji roboczej oraz w laptopie. Spadki temperatur - fantastyczne. Jest to gęsta pasta, ale nie na tyle by sprawiała problemy. Kiedyś stosowałem MX-4, natomiast ulegała stosunkowo szybkiej degradacji z czasem, ta wedle forów powinna wytrzymać dłużej. W zestawie są również akcesoria jak na dołączonym zdjęciu.

Jestem pod wrażeniem ta pasta spowodowała że temperatura na CPU spadła o około 10 stopni w porównaniu do mx4. nie spodziewałem się czegoś takiego bo tak taniej paście tym bardziej że w cenie 20 kilku złotych można dostać 10 g produktu. Obecnie procesor ma 34 stopnie co jest wręcz śmiesznym wynikiem gdzie mój procesor to jest 18-rdzeniowy 36 wątkowy xeon który pobiera bardzo dużo prądu bo ma tdp na poziomie 145 w i przy maksymalnym obciążeniu procesora to 64 stopnie.
