Feature Rich TV
Very nice TV. I bought this as a secondary monitor option for 4K since the 32" options were just about the same price and offering way less features. For the price, this is a really great TV for gaming especially. It has all the resolution support you can think of and can even do 4K@120Hz which is a really nice plus but not many games I can push that many frames with yet but the option is there. FreeSync/VRR Support is also a big plus down the line, it makes for a good futureproof buy and for preparation for the next gen consoles if anyone's considering to buy this for that. Now it is a IPS(ADS) panel so keep that in mind, it won't have the best deep blacks or black uniformity in general especially compared to an OLED, but from my standpoint I really didn't notice any crazy flash lighting or IPS glow that would bother me enough to mark bad reviews on the TV in a dark room. I did calibrate my settings and I usually put my brightness not too high for most things so maybe that's a factor. Primarily I bought this as a PC/Gaming monitor so the viewing angels with a IPS panel is a must for this purchase. From a casual use though, movies, shows, and even dark room gaming it performs excellent in my opinion. The colors on this TV are fantastic, they pop out much better than my current IPS monitor and overall it provides a very crisp picture, especially when it comes to art and some editing that I do.Overall I've been very satisfied with this TV, has all the bells and whistles I need for a PC/Gaming Monitor while providing a very immersive experience with entertainment. Speakers on this TV are actually impressive out of the box, you can also tinker with Dolby Atmos and other equalizer settings depending how you want it to sound. Bass is punchy but not boomy so if you want that boomy bass then opt for a soundbar; otherwise these speakers are probably good enough for most people. The magic remote is probably the best controller I have used for a TV, I think most TVs should go for this type of controller in the future. I've had this for about a month now and haven't been disappointed turning it on every day. Highly recommend this TV, LG really outdid itself with the features on this one.

Great TV for the money
Thing's I liked: Picture quality was very good, Color was excellent as you'd expect from IPS panel, up to date connections HDMI 2.1, 120hz refresh rate (that's the actual refresh rate not what you get will computer chip trickery), a controller that can be used to control the TV in multiple ways, TV has AI witch allows it to learn what it displaying and auto change the picture settings to your preferences for that kind of content and it works without issue all on it's own, basically comes ready (with a minor update you likely won't even notice happen) to work with up coming consoles like Xbox series X and PS5What I don't like (Most a bit nit picky but worth noting): Most obvious issue is the local dimming feature. Though still better on then of as you'll only notice it on a nearly black screen with one bright area. In regular use you'll likely never notice it. The problem is it's edge lit so local dimming means only the edge can be controlled individually. In this case that's lights shooting up from the bottom. This means if only one area needs a bright spot the greys in that same row are more obviously grey than other areas that have nothing to display on a mostly black image. AKA a brighter section up the entire screen where a something is with no lighting in other dark areas. Again this isn't noticeable 95% of the time as the screen is rarely all black minus one small area. Other than that the controller can be annoying at first not really much to complain about. If the dimming is to much of an issue the Nano90 series just one step up should be considered. It cost more but should get ride of that one picture issue as it as Full Array back lighting with more precise local dimming.

Great Tv, PS5, Series X Gaming Ready
I already had a pretty good tv, a 2018 vizio v series 4k, but I wanted a tv that was next gen gaming ready, and this fit the bill. Its crazy to me that's there's no information or advertising of this TV having HDMI 2.1 ports, not on here, or LG website, but it has 2. If you don't know what the HDMI 2.1 ports are, they are needed to play games at 4k at 120Frames Per Second. I did a lot of research before buying this TV, and to my knowledge, this is the cheapest TV that has 2.1 Ports(most tvs average at $1k).I play games on Ps4 currently, until next gen comes out, and the gameplay is great. I have 0 input lag, and games that support HDR look great.I played around, and watched some video on what settings to apply and turn off to make the TV as lag free as possible, if you want my settingsPicture Mode-GameAMD FreeSync Premium-HighInstant Game Response-OnHDMI Ultra Deep Color-OnLED Local Dimming-OFFSmooth Gradation-OFFTru Motion-OFFI can't comment on the sound quality of the tv speakers, as I use a sound bar.Now to the picture, I think its fantastic. Like I mentioned, I already had a pretty solid Tv to begin with, and this is noticeably better in picture quality. The picture is very crisp, and clean. Colors are super vibrant and look authentic.Only issue I have is when setting up my picture setting, when I click "apply to all inputs" it simply doesn't work for some reason. My other favorite things besides the picture are the remote, and Alexa/Google.The remote is just magical. Its like a magic wand, you just point at the screen and the arrow follows. No need to scroll to pick what show you want, just point and click. The remote also has built in Alexa and Google Assistant. Just hold down the prime video button for Alexa, or the mic button for google, and you can ask it anything a normal Assistant would do, as well as find shows/movies to watch. With Alexa, you get notifications on the TV as you would on your echo dot and such, like when a package has arrived or shipped.Overall I think its a great Tv.It has a ton of great options. It has a bunch of built in Apps, like Netflix, Hulu, Disney, Prime Video, Peacock, Apple TV, and whatever apps it doesn't have, just download them on your phone and you can stream it to the Tv.Theres also a catalog of Free Live TV for anyone considering cord cutting.FYI, my Local bestbuy had this exact model on display at my store, so I was able to check it out before purchasing.-Note, I ended up buying the TV through Bestbuy so I can't comment on any delivery concerns. They offer price match guarantee and bring it out to the car via curbside pickup so id highly recommend it.

Everything that you need!
I got this TV for the purposes of having an optimal display for the 9th gen off gaming consoles. I can say that I'm not disappointed. The picture is fantastic, very clear and the colours are very nice. I am someone who is coming from Full HD TVs so this is a pretty big jump and may have something to do with why I think of this TV so highly. However as far as gaming is concerned everything considered next gen is there and more. I'm talking about 4K, 120 hertz panel, hdr10, variable refresh rate, Auto low latency mode, Dolby Atmos, Dolby vision and an HDMI 2.1 Port that has a bandwidth of 48 GB per second and or 12-bit. If you are interested in buying a display for 9th gen consoles those specs are probably going to mean something to you. For this price I simply I have not come across a better value option at this time for everything that this TV gives you and allows you to do.... I am certain that it will be serving me for years to come! Of course outside of gaming as I said before the picture is great with fantastic colours! Watching TV shows or movies is fantastic on it in my personal opinion. It's the best TV I have personally experienced and is objectively a fantastic value for gamers and anyone who wants a TV with smart functionalities that has A LOT of apps! One thing that I will say is go into the settings and turn off local dimming right out the gate. Thank me later!

Bought for Xbox Series X
I bought this because it checks every box for the next gen consoles for a great price. i got the 55" version and i'm very happy with it. I gave it 4 stars because i'm not a real enthusiast, so a few less 'nits' of HDR or whatever people complain about doesn't really bother me. There is some backlight bleed I guess, and a black screen in a dark room will show flaws in the backlighting, but again. I don't really care.I play my xbox at 120 fps if possible, with HDR, 4k, all the bells and whistels, for this price was a good buy in my opinion. When you go to xbox series x and every option is green-checked. Feels good man. ;)

Amazing Picture, 120hz is the REAL DEAL! Highly recommend spending the extra dollars!
What can I say. The folks at LG out did themselves. I had to return a 4k TV, and purchase this one because it was misleading with its motion rate vs refresh rate. This TV is Next Gen gaming APPROVED! 4k @ 120hz is a site to be seen 😍 (I included a photo of the Xbox Series X 4k TV Details that outlines everything a gamer needs *Yes the TV supports Dolby Vision)The amount of picture modification is incredible, and the modes along with HDR10 is incredible. There's power saving options that are easy to find and access, as well as a 'Screen Off' option, if you are just listening to something while trying to sleep (ie background YouTube sleep videos etc). Also there isn't a big bright light when the TV is off, which I always found annoying and unnecessary. The remote control is next level tech, which acts as a pointer and works on a 2.4ghz frequency so you don't actually have to point it at the TV for it to work. The voice commands are cool, but I don't find them to be that useful. Its much quicker to just push the buttons, as you need to press a voice command button for it to work. When watching older titles, you may notice the 120hz difference, as I and other people have. Much more fluid movements and looks as if the movie is running at a 1.25x speed because its so fluid. And honestly I really enjoy it, it looks incredible.

Great TV
My old TV is from 2011, this... This is a huge upgrade for me, the clear picture, the beautiful colors, the HDR, 120hz, all these features at such a price for a 55". I had to get it, if you have the money, I 100% can recommend this TV.
