The magnetic function is AMAZING. It allows me to do other things while the bag is sealing. It saves me time and makes the work more interesting because I’m not sitting there holding the thing down for 10 seconds every bag. I’ve probably sealed about 2000 bags so far. I’d give it 5 stars but I’m having problems finding replacement Teflon and filaments that work well. I found the product code for a replacement kit(K305HIM) and ordered it from another website. If these work I will give it 5 stars.Update: I posted a question asking where to find replacement parts and received a reply from the seller in about 6 hours. Great product and service!

Doesn’t seem to be working out of the box. I’ve replaced the fuse and heating wire and neither seemed to help. No matter the time I set the heating element for it shuts off after a second. Any ideas???

I use it to seal mushroom grow bags for a small commercial mushroom farm. I’ve had it over a year & it has sealed ~12,000 bags with 0 maintenance. I love the magnetic hold, its wide 5mm seal, and dual variable controls.

This thing is a beast I had to warm my previous sealer up to go all the way through the bags I was sealing thus thing seals them no problem I love it!!!!!
