Showed up on time. I plugged it. It didn't work to start, so I tried some of their trouble-shooting suggestions. I called the number. A person answered right away and was very helpful, but just then it started working by itself. Technician said to call anytime. Great support! "

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I consider myself tech savvy and I could not get this thing to work. I tried everything read all the reviews and the instructions for this product and still couldn't get it to work. when I finally got to an American website for downloading the software drivers, my antivirus software wouldn't allow it to fully install. Once I figured which app would work, "Glooko", it came with it's own adapter that doesn't require any driver to use my reader on my phone. You will need to buy the cable through the app and it worked with no issues. This product is made in CHANIA and doesn't work. The other reviews that say the same thig are real. The ones that say they got it to work are not.

Does not work with auto assist for the freestyle lite software. Worked very well with tidepool uploader.

Plugs into the glucose meter and to the pc to transfer readings so I can share them with my dr.

The cable worked perfectly for use with my Free Style Lite Freedom Glucose monitoring system. I looked at the reviews of other customers and decided to use the Abbott Lab reporting system Free Style Co-Pilot in lieu of the Auto Assist one. I did not have to download any drivers for this cable with the Co-Pilot system. I simply plugged the cable into my meter and computer and the cable immediately completed the upload/download action. After downloading the Co-Pilot system and completing the new customer sign in process, I was able to immediately extract the history from my meter. The Co-Pilot system allows manual updates to your daily readings and other usage data. Excellent cable from this company.

Morning of 12 June I started trying to get the EZSync cable to work. Did not have much luck. Then an instruction sheet dropped out of the bag. I still could not get the cable to be recognized by Freestyle AutoAssist. I then emailed the company for help. Time was about 12:30 on a Sunday afternoon. Same day 2 pm received reply by Dan from Purenite Tech. He explained the cable would not work with the program I was trying to use and suggested using an alternate program offered by Abbott - FreeStyle copilot. He offered other methods to get around this problem including a full refund. I followed the instructions to start up FreeStyle Copilot. five to ten minutes later I was online with Abbott uploading my data - everything worked. It was 4 pm Sunday afternoon still yet. This was the best tech advice and followup I have ever seen. The problem was operator error. But Dan quickly and graciously solved my problem. Cable works perfectly when used as designed [ 5/5 ] Tech support [ 7/5 ]

Lots of download URLs are given in the introdutory card that came with this cable.....however,... NO WORKING URLs are provided and looking for an XP driver on the internet for this cable proved fruitless.Does NOT work with XP as advertised.EZSync is nowhere to be found for support.Abbott will not help as this isn't their product.Buyer beware.-------------------------------------------------------------------UPDATE:Thanks to Dan's diligence and professionalism at Amazon Marketplace, a working URL linking to a downloadable driver for the device was provided and the device is working as advertised.([...])Thank you, Dan :)
