I have been adding Encour to my water for about 5 days now. I don't see an immediate "boost" of energy, but the flavor taste GREAT! I can't stand plain water and this does encourage me to drink more water. I do like having an option to add vitamins to my water that tastes great. I gave it 4 stars because it is quite expensive. If the price was a but lower, I would give it 5 stars.

I'm sorry to say I didn't feel any different when drinking this drink. It taste delicious but I felt no changes. Disappointed because I was looking for something to give me an energy boost.
