Shocking book
This is a very poorly written guide book. I like the premise that it is written by a guy who lived there for 2 years and to recommend local unknown places. Three of the sites he recommends by his own admission he says he has not visited. Often he tells you to Google to find directions, information etc. It would benefit from a rough sketched map to make the book more useable. Save your money and use Google like the author suggests.

Useless Travel Guide
This self-published "guide" reads like a junior-high report, stretching to make a length requirement with a large font, plenty of white space, padded sophomoric text, and full-page photographs that add little. Food recommendations include a university cafeteria, one pastry shop, one coffee shop, one gelateria, and a chain pizzeria. Descriptions are padded with Google reviews. Thirty of the 105 pages are devoted to visiting other cities, including Nice, five hours away in France. The author has admittedly never visited some of the sights he recommends. Regarding the Basilica di Superga he writes: "In fact, despite living nearby . . . I never went up there myself! You'll have to go and tell me how it is.!" Of the Museo dell'Automobile, he writes: "Yet another museum I haven't visited. . . ."

Soldi mal spesi
Definirla guida è ottimistico.. Dimentica molti posti interessanti da visitare a Torino e poi dedica 35 pagine su 105 (1/3!) a parlare di gite fuori porta a Milano e Genova.Da evitare per non sprecare soldi.
