Neoprene Dumbbell

Purchased these because I am trying to continue with the physical therapy excersizes at home.They are very well made and the booklet and poster are great. The poster even is laminated.The set is a little to heavy duty for where I am at in the physical therapyBut my therapist is increasing me slowly and will be using them soon. After purchasing some bands that my 2yr old grandchild could break. This set is awesome

For the money this is a solid addition to a home workout (or take with you) for any beginner to advanced fitness enthusiast. I use them primarily for physical therapy type exercises and they work well. Also used them (and an earlier set I gave away) for martial arts training.

Cheap in cost. Very amazing cheap work out. Beats the gym because I can work out before I head to my job.Great buy.

I needed a replacement tube for one that I had for almost 20 years, and after looking at several brands on Amazon, I decided on this one. The lighter ones are great for shoulder exercises and isometric. The heavier resistance bands aren't as strong as the ones I'm used to, but they're still good for a bicep workout. You won't become Mr. Olympia using these, but they do the job well.

I only gave a three star rating as the product doesn't seem to match what it says. For example, using a 30lb and 20lb provides way more tension than just using the 50lb cable. However, the product seems to be durable. I'd much rather be in the gym but my friends beach house isn't located near a gym. So I'll be using this more while I'm there and other times when I'm out of town or just want a bit of an extra workout. However, I do not see myself skipping the gym to workout with this instead. But for the price and for my purposes, I think it will be fine. You can always return the product so I'd still recommend checking it out. What got me was doing bicep curls. After my curl, I had to push up more to get tension that was somewhat challenging. Perhaps i'll add more cables but the listed weight is already greater than what i could do with weights or tension weights at the gym. But it should work for what I need and based on that I'd say give it a shot. For the price, I think it's worth it.
