The products feel very nice, I went with sandalwood which is a really nice scent IMO.Note that the package wasn't packed carefully enough and therefor the metal box was dented, so if you intend on gifting it to someone, keep that in mind.

I have a very long history of buying grooming products for my beard. I eventually joined one of those bearded groups and started using their products, but their products were drying my skin out. I found the Zeus shampoo and conditioner here on Amazon, back around early September (3-4 months ago) and was skeptical because I love Lime Verbena scent and couldn't believe someone had made a non-Tea Tree scent in beard shampoo. Both the shampoo and conditioner have become my go to beard shower products. Remember when judging scents, we all mostly have different pH levels and our flesh/pores react differently and give off slightly-different scents. Lime and coconut are two my skin does well with and this Lime Verbena is excellent in scent. It also saved my suddenly dried-out beard. My beard isn't as long as many, maybe 2 inches below my chin and I do keep it well-maintained. I also had just bought another company's beard shampoo, oil and conditioner (leave-in balm), but haven't even tried it yet since I like this Zeus set so much. I bought this set for myself as a Christmas gift. Meaning, I got around 3-4 months use out of the shampoo and conditioner. I'll update my review as I go since I have yet to try the oil or balm, but I had noticed reviews about people receiving boxes that were opened, that looked used, had the wrong scents in them and wanted to comment on that since mine too had "hair" in it.That "hair" is from the little sack that comes with the set. It's not human hair. I don't know if Zeus products realize the sack sheds in the box? All of my products were the right scent. In a splurge, I also bought Zeus 2nd-cut boar bristle brush. I have a couple of beard combs, but they struggle getting through the thickness of my goatee area. So far, it has worked very well too. Very impressed with this brand and their products. I might try another scent someday, but the Lime Verbena works well with my cologne.

Worth the money is what I say about this product. This stuff leaves your beard soft, lush, and manageable. My wife loves it. It is harder to keep a beard looking good when it is 6 inches or longer but Zeus does it easily.

At first I was a little taken aback because of the price but this product makes my hubbys beard first of all smell amazing and also makes it so soft and kissable. He is so happy and so am I. I haven’t always been a beard fan… but I am now

Got these products in the mail earlier in the week and was really excited to read it based on the reviews.It comes in a large black tin, with a canvas bag, both having the company logo on it.First things first is that as soon as I got the actual products into my hand, they felt a lot cheaper in my hand then the site leads them to believe. The packaging is in very low quality black plastic bottles that have a dollar store feel to them.Once I actually opened and used the shampoo and conditioner I found the scent to be very light, and soapy. It smells synthetic, and not like the all natural ingredients that the company seems to boast about. The vanilla rum scent isn't bad, largely because it's faint and not overpowering.The beard balm also reflects this. I've used balms from a couple other companies and they definitely have a more premium feel to them. Zeus' beard balm is less oily and feels a little more dry in comparison, but I found myself applying my other products on top of this one so I could get a better scent and finish.With all this being said, the products do work from my experience so far, specifically the conditioner and shampoo. They help make things more soft without being the only thing I smell all day like some other hair/facial hair products I've used in the past, and If the products as good to sensitive skin as Zeus advertises them then it's a huge plus on top of that.All in all if you want a complete package that is functional, isn't over powering, and caters to more sensitive skin then I'd recommend it, but at the premium price point it comes in at, I'd consider it a second pick and look elsewhere first.
