I find this so handy for many usages. This is my second steamer over a 20 year period. I feel better knowing things are more sanitized, and it is so helpful in getting into tight areas to release tough grime. Love the many attachments that fit with the variety of chores.

I'm not sure if this was an issue for anyone else, but I was "steam happy" and run out of water. After unplugging it, I tried to unscrew the cap, yet the cap was turning and turning and going nowhere. I checked the manual and although it says to "unplug it, letting the remaining steam out, and allowing the steamer to cool down for 5 minutes", manufacturers forgot to add "or you won't be able to unscrew the top/cap"! And just like that, after following those instructions, I was able to remove the cap and fill the tank once more. This means that you may have to pause cleaning between refillings. If this is not an issue for you (as it is not for me), the steamer works well. Hopefully, it will continue performing in the long run. Happy cleaning!

Connecting the various nozzles can be tricky, and the instructions not very clear. However, once you get it going, it works very well. I wish it had a larger water reservoir, but it functioned well.

Product worked well for what I intended to use it for (ice maker freeze up). also used it in a shower with good results. Problem was on 3rd use (the day after the return window) the tip where the accessories mount broke off making the machine pretty much useless. I called the number in the book provided and got a person immediately (surprise). very helpful and are sending a replacement part.... We will see when it gets here and I will update my review to 5 stars as it does work as intended...just be VERY careful attaching the parts to the tip as it is fragile.

I returned this immediately because it is not practical when using with the extension hose. If using this way, you have to hold the trigger with water unit with one hand, while holding the wand with the other. So you can't steam and wipe without stopping because you are already using both hands. It needs a trigger on the attachment hose, so you don't have to hold the main water unit at the same time. I realize more expensive units have this feature, which is why I returned this one and purchased one of those. It was three times the price, but this one just didn't offer the feature I discovered I needed. For what it is, it's a good machine. It's just limited once I realized the lack of this one feature and it is an important one for me because I wanted to steam my A/C floor vents. If that doesn't matter to you, then I would recommend it.

I've owned lots of these little steamers...because they usually break or stop working after a little use. This one, on the other hand, was not only the cheapest one on Amazon, but it's turned out to be the most heavy duty and solid little steamer I've ever had. The quality and sturdiness is impressive and the thing produces STEAM in under a minute...heats up really quickly. Overall, it's the best one I've ever owned. This is the ONE YOU WANT. Cheers!
