Yes. It’s a hook and loop closure on the back. Above the closure is a 1”x4” loop patch and a 1”x1” on the top for patches along with the one on the front.

Is it tall? I like a train conductor? Or low and round on top?

It's medium low like a ball cap. Not too low but not military high front

What size is the front patch?

Exactly 3 x 2 inches on one that I have. If you are referring to the velcro patch sewn onto the front of the cap.
