I actually got this in order to put an inspection Hatch in the side of my center console. Got out my Rotozip with circle cutter and installation went very smooth. I like it so much I am going to buy a second one for the other side of the console.

Quality made material easy install great price can't beat it.

Do not use in weight bearing areas
Used on the deck of my boat. Last one failed at a thin area between the flange and the threads. Reinforced this one with fiberglass and epoxy. Should work fine in non-load bearing areas.

No Gaskets
I was looking for a watertight access port. There were no gaskets for the bezel and no ‘O’ ring for the screw in cover. I can fabricate a gasket and buy an ‘O’ ring for the cover. Pricing for the ports were fine, but expected gaskets also.
