As a project manager with more than 20 years of experience in the field, I found many useful reminders, tips, and helpful practices in this book. I especially enjoyed learning about industry practices from great global companies like IBM, Boeing, and Philips.

Excellent book with tangible examples!

This book is okay. It includes some good case studies. There were really no big breakthroughs or ah-ha moments for me when I read this book.
