My husband is 6’ wears a lg top & 32x32 pant - fit build. Large is the perfect fit! He has worked out in several times & says it feels great! I have hand washed it because it smells horrible after it’s soaked in sweat but I think that’s to be expected. It is really tight so I do have to help him pull it off lol but he says he thinks it helps… Will update after he’s used it more.

Good fit - not a cure for back pain but helps!

I've been wearing compression garments during sports for well over 15 years now. If there is a well-known brand making compression gear, there's a good chance I've tried at least one product in their line. In terms of compression shirts, most of them are basically the same. They do a great job of wicking away moisture and sweat from your skin and not depositing all of this onto a jersey or outer shirt which can become heavy with water retention.I find that almost all compression shirts also offer enhanced core stability and just 'feel good' (to me at least) when being active. I have never seen or experienced any benefits from any of the products offering so-called "copper technology". There is absolutely no reason to pay more money for a "copper infused" compression garment than a standard compression garment, and this product is certainly no exception (imho). So don't buy this product (or any other garment claiming similarly) for any of the copper-related marketing mumbo-jumbo. If all you are looking for is a basic compression shirt, there are many fine options out there for 1/6th the price of this shirt.What you should buy this product for however is the excellent lower back reinforced compression it offers. I recently suffered a slipped disc in my spine which can lead to sporadic muscle pains in my lower back, especially around the hips. I have now been wearing this shirt for a month during workouts and soccer matches. To its credit, it remains in place where it should, with little to no slippage, and helps me maintain better posture with less inflammation to my lower back muscles. I have tried this shirt as well as a similar competitor product, and this shirt offered far better comfort, reinforcement, and stability.The only reason I'm not giving this 5 stars is because I think this product is more expensive than it needs to be ($20 less would be reasonable), and also due to the entire brand trying to sell snake oil regarding the benefits of copper technology.

Insane! My back pain just disappeared when I put on this shirt. I can now sit for long hours at my work desk without excruciating pain. I’m also really looking forward to the good weather and beginning to hike again pain free. It’s a very good quality shirt. I followed the sizing instructions based on chest size and bought the extra large size instead of the medium/large shirt size I usually wear. I’m 5’8, 178, but wide chest. Fits perfectly. I’ve bought 6 shirts so far and have had no issues with washing and drying them with a conventional washer/dryer following tag directions. It’s hard to explain but it kind of feels like you’re being hugged all day wearing this shirt.Tommie Copper also has a shirt like this with a zipper down the front which is on their website. It’s ok if you have trouble taking on/off compression shirts, but other than that probably not worth the extra cost. The zippered shirt also is a longer shirt so it might be a better option for taller folks.If you’re healthy enough, I would also suggest doing core exercises for the abs and back in conjunction with wearing this shirt to avoid the pain meds.

I tried it on right away and felt tight and hugged my lower back so I left it on for about 8 hours and it never did nit fell bad but felt good on my back.

Bought the shirt for my Dad (lives in another state). He wasn’t sure if the shirt didn’t work or it was too small. It road up on him. SAo, instead of returning immediately, I ordered a larger shirt. That one works better. Unfortunately, Amazon return is 30-days and Tommie Jones site is 60-days. I missed the Amazon return by two days. Ridiculous that the return duration would be different. I won’t make that mistake again.

Product runs small. I ordered a large for my husband and he could not get it on. He usually wears a small to medium size shirt. Choose your size carefully.
