Basic Coatings - I.F.T. (Intensive Floor Treatment - IFT) Hardwood Floor Cleaner - 1 Gallon B11114312

Just moved into an older home with older hardwood floors. I tried the Bona products on this floor but it just was not cutting it for a really deep clean. Then I saw this product come up in my search and I read reviews. I took the leap and ordered it. It arrived without issue (hey sometimes these liquids break and you get a wet mess of a package). So I had to try it right away. Boy, am I impressed. This probably cleaned stains from the 1980s without destroying the finish. It is an excellent product for a really deep clean. I will admit that I used it on hands and knees so I could get close to the floor to see everything. I used a microfiber cloth with it as well. Once I was done, I could really see the difference!!! I followed up with the other product in this line for the daily clean and now I am happy with the floors and can vouch for their cleanliness. Yes, the floors will have to be sanded down and refinished at some point but this product does an excellent job and besides I am reluctant to get the floors refinished because it is an investment and with pets running around I am not sure, Using this, I think I can deal with my rustic floors (not water damaged but just kind of scratched from years of use). Glad I found this.

Worked really well removed wax from rejuvenate without much scrubbing . The floor are back to original sheen.

it did deliver as promised by removing years of rejuvenate on my laminate wood floors. I sprayed a 3x5 section at a time...let it soak for about 10 minutes then gently scraped away the coating. floors look brand new without that cloudy/milky shine that showed every scuff and scratch. there was still some elbow grease needed, but it definitely broke down the chemicals in Rejuvenate to make removal MUCH easier.

I have tried several ways to clean and shine my wood floors. Hands down, the IFT has worked the best. My floors look as good as when we first installed them

This product was recommend by my floor cleaner. I used it on my bamboo wood floors and they turned out perfect. No streaks which was my biggest problem with other cleaners.

I was really hoping this would dissolve the hardwood Quick Shine stuff I’d been using. Nothing seems to get that stuff off, not this that’s for sure. I really don’t see this as any different than any other floor cleaner.
