Read few reviews mentioned that the cake will stuck to the pan and very difficult to unmold but went ahead to buy as the price is very reasonable. I went to spread butter and flour at the bottom of the pan and while the pan was cooled upside down the cake slid down after a short while. The side and bottom of the cake was not brown as per the pic. May be try few different recipes and see. With the price I paid, no complaint. Still a good buy.

En una primera inspección, el molde se ve muy bonito, pero al utilizarlo resulta que el pan se pega y todo el trabajo que se invierte en la elaboración del pastel se hecha a perder. En un segundo intento, tuve aún más cuidado en el engrasado y enharinado pero el resultado fue el mismo. Así que ni lo recomiendo

I confirmed with NordicWare. This is a counterfeit product. I bought it thinking I would get NordicWare quality but instead, the pan got deep scratches on its first use. The material is uber light and does not transmit heat well at all.

The Angel Food Cake Pan is great quality and the colours are vibrant just as shown when ordered. We are very happy with our purchase! As a bonus, it arrived way sooner than expected, got it in just a couple of days!!

It's thin maternal my and the cost is too much for it! Junk
