Unless you only 4ft tall this is not for you handle way to short and I'm 5ft 3..dies not work or glide on ned short pile rugs water of time effort and money

Disappointing product.
The product arrived on due date. I found it difficult to use as handle slipped and trigger action required continual firm pressure. Very disappointed.

I did not want to be disappointed so I did not use this right away. When I used it I was pleasantly surprised that it works just fine. It works like using a scrub brush without having to get on your knees.

Didn't realize it was manual and not electric
Too hard to use. I'm kinda disabled and didn't realize it wasn't on a power cord.

Does what it suppose to do
Purchased for my 89 year old mother months ago. I used it today on high traffic area of carpet and it worked wonderfully. Mom doesn't have the strength needed to use properly but I was able to clean carpet within 15 minutes. Carpet stayed damp for 3 hours, looks good.
