Any good for chillys?

Should be. I have a similar bottle and use the mid size brush. The bristles are flexible so it will go through the opening and the handle is long enough that it will reach the bottom of the bottle.

Has anyone used these for cleaning sink plug hole? If so did it do the job well

I wouldn't recommend it you are better off using a plunger
