expedient shipping, well packed
were delivered quickly, well packaged, no broken tubes. the 8 that I installed were exactly what I needed and worked great. As for longevity, only been using them for 2 weeks, time will tell. As for ease of installation, that is a light fixture issue not a lamp issue, has nothing to do with the tubes.
