Nice but scratched
I was happy to receive my new poles but they weren’t a deal and one came scratched so not thrilled about that. I understand they might get wear and tear but i would like to be the one breaking them in. Not arrive that way. Otherwise would have been fine with them. Disappointing

Sometimes only one pole arrives
Have ordered this item twice. The first time, only a single pole arrived (not a pair of poles as indicated by the description). So, I ordered it again and was prepared to call and ask Amazon to fix the issue once I had a pair in my hand. But with the second order, a pair of poles arrives as advertised. So now I have three poles. Time to return the first order!

Will do the job ok
Great poles but handle strap is stained/miscolored. Shipping was super slow and item took over a week longer than the expected delivery date when purchased.

The pain of returning an item because they only sent you half of it is very frustrating. I will need to rent poles this weekend because I was counting on this order having the full product sent that I had paid for.The pole itself looks like a decent product.

ski pole, not ski poles... if you're looking for 1 pole at $40 go for it. Add says ski poles as in plural, not singular. sending back
