Meine kleine Gusseisen Pfanne von der Firma Staub hat Vorteile gegenüber billigen Gusseisernen Pfannen aus chinesischer Produktion. Die Staub ist perfekt gegossen und daher absolut plan. Das Öl verteilt sich gleichmäßig über den gesamten Pfannenboden und sammelt sich nicht in den Rändern wie es bei den Billigprodukten der Fall ist. Der Unterboden dieser Pfanne ist emailliert und dadurch glatt. Ceranfelder werden bei Gebrauch nicht zerkratzt.Wärmeverteilung und Brateigenschaften sind hervorragend. Ein wirklich gutes Produkt.
