Well-made chess set. Great for daily use and very stylish. It's not perfect, but it's very good for the price.

Beautiful set.

My son loves chess and we got this for his 9th birthday. He loved the chess set but it arrived chipped from one of the corners and it was very disappointing. I hope extra care it taken during packing and shipment of these products to avoid these kinds of damages and disappointments. You don’t want to be all excited to open and gift only to find out its damaged.

We were happy with it. Ordered it for our family with 3 boys to play. The kids loved the size of the chess pieces as well as the board. They LOVED the fact that they have another Queen piece =) Quality wise, good for the price we pay. Not disappointed.

Just received the Chess board.It was nicely packed and with a cloth cover.But, the chess pieces are not of great quality.The pads at the bottom have glue that has dried over the pad. 1 or 2 pieces do not stand straight as the pad has been pushed into the piece, and the bare bottom ring is sitting on the chess board.I was going to return this and get from some other vendor, but I wanted to at least let the vendor know that the quality control is not up to par.Also tried to email the seller/manufacturer as per the email provided in the package, but the email keeps bouncing back.

Love it! We really like that this chess set is magnetic so that our chess pieces do not move when proceeding with the game the next day! I really think it’s an absolutely excellent set and well crafted. Because someone mentioned the closing-opening tabs as making potential surface scratches, I bought a piece of thick platform in black at the Dollar Store, cut it to generous size and placed underneath the chess game to protect the ceramic countertop/wood. Now the entire chess set is easily transported, too. We think this chess set is truly a great find with excellent attributes.

Good except the brass hold downs. The way they are mounted, they could mar table surfaces so a cloth underneath is a good idea. All in all the magnets are very good. Felt is fine. Takes a lot of oomph to get the players out of their tight storage spots and not for someone with arthritic fingers. I just leave the board set up so thats not a problem with me. Otherwise the foam holding them in could be just ripped out to make room.
