Well, this is the best product I have ever used for cleaning my wall of sliding glass doors which face the ocean in my beach house in Mexico. I have a huge problem with all this glass, as since they face the ocean and we sometimes get storms they are always filthy and it takes me hours to clean them. I had a squeegee which I bought in some store, and used which just didn't work well, then tried products for windows such as Windex, also canned sprays guaranteed to "leave your windows shiny and clean", tried using my own spray bottle with my own combination of liquids and then bought a $100.00 hand held battery powered cleaner for windows which literally fell apart and never would work (from China). I had bought it on Amazon but since I was in Mexico when I tried to use it, and had just 30 days to return it and I was in my Mexico house for more than 30 days it was not returnable. Learned the lesson to always try products out right away before the "return" period runs out (from this experience and others). Then bought this Squeegee set and sure love it. For the first time I was able to clean my windows and glass doors in record time, and it was easy to use. I love the feel of the fabric covered squeegee as I had never tried using one previously. Felt so nice and one swipe of the windows with the fabric covered squeegee and then the rubber squeegee did the job. I think it helped that I looked on line for ideas and videos of how to clean windows, and realized I had been doing it all wrong previously. I used a combination of vinegar and Dawn dish soap and mainly water, and followed the guy's instructions to used an S shape when putting the liquid on the windows and when wiping them. It took a little practice but went really fast and left my glass sparkling. I have been battling this problem for over 12 years so hurray! . it was even fun washing windows. And my husband commented "wow, that was fast and the glass looks great." I need to see if I can order additional covers for the fabric squeegee for when it gets unusable (although it is not cheap quality but very thick and nice).

used with companion squeegee cleans windows very well. normal house uses half to a third of formula . this is highly concentrated

Sweet deal. Have a shop, with 4 large windows facing the main road, and we get a lot of road spray. Or anytime it rains, it seems the next day the windows are covered with dirt and dust. I normally hand wash the windows with a generic window cleaner(dislike windex.) The windows are quite tall, and I would need a step stool to reach the top of the window. I'm 5'8" the windows in question are about 8' tall and 3' off the ground. So I turned to amazon as my convenience center. I stumbled across the Ettore line of products, and discovered this multi pack and figured I would try out their solution as well.(Which oddly enough smells like concentrated windex.)When I received the piece, it felt like a cheap tin mop stick with a threaded top, but the two attachments, Squeegee, and mop/brush head were not threaded. Instead it comes with a pretty nifty plastic ribbed cone that just slides into the handle of either attachment. Making a switch a breeze, and the frustrating when it loosens up and the squeegee top begins to wiggle free. However this happened twice out of the four large windows and two glass doors. So not bad. The solution worked better than I expected. The squeegee left no streaks if I was paying attention to how it made contact with the glass.The mop part is a soft cotton towel, almost like a micro fiber cloth sewed in half with velcro on the other half to remove and clean as needed. Also pretty cool. Ive used it once so far and i like it. I feel it could be better, but "In a world of perfect things, filled with imperfect people." I may just be doing it wrong. I will update this review if the piece gives me any problems in the near future. Ive had it only about a week so far.PS The taller picture of the cleaning combo kit, is the fullest extension of the pole, the shorter would be the shortest, except using the pieces with the pole entirely.

Makes short work (cut my time from an hour or more to 15 minutes) of cleaning sunroom windows and the outside of storm windows - in my case eliminating the need for a ladder on soft and uneven ground and allowing me to reach across shrubs. With this kit you should be able to reach 12' or perhaps a bit higher. The scrubber sleeve is heavy duty and should last if cleaned and dried after use. The squeegee wipes very clean. Just be sure to squeegee before the glass dries, which can be very quick in sun or wind. Handy to have a clean rag to wipe/clean the squeegee occasionally and to wipe off window sills. Pole is sturdy but not heavy duty and parts fit together easily (but would be a tad easier if the click-lock on the tool heads had a tapered groove so the button didn't have to be depressed when swapping out the wash and squeegee heads which you do frequently). Squeegee is rigid and designed for flat panel glass so it doesn't work on curved glass like windshields very well.

I no longer have to get on a ladder to wash my RV windows. So easy to use an my windows have never been cleaner!! Love it

Only one use so far & this worked ok. For me it’s difficult to change heads fast enough and I am considering getting a second pole so each head stays on its own pole. I felt that light pressure with the squeegee worked better at not leaving streaks than hard pressure. Each window needed a couple passes as I figured out better technique. The cleanser head got dirty quickly so I’d appreciate a few extras to be able to change that out when it gets dirty. I might start with it wrapped in a microfiber cloth to do a first pass to remove the majority of the surface dirt before going back over with the white soft head.

The long squeeze makes it a little difficult to clean windows, but I do have a smaller one that works great. I have a lot of windows and it take me no time to clean all of them. They are not super heavy and very easy to use with or without the pole.
