How do you clean the scrubber head after use?

I really haven't had a problem with cleaning the head but of course I don't fret about every speck of soap scum left there. I sanitize the head with a disinfectant after using something gentle that will not destroy the head "no chlorine bleach" like good old fashion vinegar and baking soda much in the same way you would a kitchen sponge by the way are germ catchers because they are used to clear dangerous pathogens and bacteria from blood, raw meat, raw eggs, moldy bread, cheese, etc. however in your bathtub you are mostly worried about soap scum and dead skin cells. We seldom cut up meat in a bathtub so the head might get to looking a little ugly but long story short I do not allow that to bother me.

How does this compare to the electric spin scrubber? which one is superior?

Is the pad microber & safe for acrylic tub?

The pad is pretty rough but I'm not sure what it is made of. I used it in my fiberglass tub and it cleaned really well. I didn't notice that it scratched it.
