Drive MedicalRTL12004KD Adjustable Height Bath Stool, White

I have a narrow bathtub and none of the bench-style shower chairs fit it. This stool is just the right size and leaves plenty of room for me to stand in the shower in front of it. It assembled in minutes and the large handles on the fastening screws make them easy to tighten (I would think if one had arthritis they'd be a great help.) If I'd had a wee shower stool like this one when I was learning to shave my legs so many decades ago I'd have avoided all sorts of messy incidents. Well-made, useful and a good value!

I'd give this about a 3 1/2 stars. It was easy to put together. The blue color is nice. It's lightweight, but almost too lightweight. I'm glad I can easily move it around, but it doesn't feel too stable when I sit on it. The leg grips on the bottom are really too small to give it enough stability for me. And I'm a small and fairly thin person. It fits in my tub, but not so it feels like all four legs are flat on the bottom. On the floor it doesn't feel much better. Not sure I would purchase this again if I had to do it all over.

I am in a small apartment that has a shower stall only, so I got this little stool to be able to at least relax a bit after a long day. The teal seat makes this appear less "hospital-ish" [The feet and middle-leg parts are also teal, unlike the picture]. It was easy to assemble (no tools needed) and has 8 different height adjustments. The seat itself is a little lighter than I expected, but when put together, the stool feels sturdy and does not wobble. The feet seem to grip well. I think this is best for a person who is not too large (say 170 pounds or less, in my opinion) and who does not need a chair back, sides or grips for balance.
