I am trying to get away from non-stick surfaces, so it became time to get some steel baking sheets. These looked pretty good, so I bought the second to largest one. It's the perfect size for my oven and is deep enough (won't dribble juices) without being too deep (air circulation is still good). The edge is rolled so the pan is easier to handle than sharper-edged pans. It's sturdy and distributes the heat very nicely. Now that I know how good these sheets are, I'll likely buy more (can't just have one baking sheet in the house!).

If I am using the pan to catch drips in the oven I will cover it with some parchment paper to make clean up easier.

They look nice and shiny…if you like the look of stainless steel, you will be happy…But, when I saw it warp in a oven at 350, I realized I wasted money

Appears to have good heat distribution.

Unfortunately one came with plastic strip inside the side part - pictured, thus will smoke while in toaster. Could not remove it.In addition, did not fit the toaster - sizes small by 5mm at each side.I think, if you know exactly the size you need thus it is to buy. I can use only on additional boards.

Nice sturdy pan but scratches easily

This backing sheet is well made, sturdy, and has a nice finish on it. I am using it under our water distiller in case it leaks. Its deep enough to catch the water if it does.

I was looking for a baking tray that would maximize the cavity use of my Breville BOV900 (the largest countertop version of their "toaster" over that also is an air fryer). This tray fits the bill. It's got a great, shiny surface that's easy to clean.
